It's hard to believe, but we are coming up on the end of Season 2, and what a season it has been! Today I'm chatting with you solo to offer a recap on the amazing episodes and guests that have created season 2, as well as where I am in my own journey. As you all know, there is a lot going on with me at the moment, between responding mindfully to the DID community and what occurred with McLean Hospital, meeting a new part, launching a new business, and simply living and thriving with DID.
Tune in today and you'll hear about the tools I've been using recently to manage some of the challenges that have cropped up, my thoughts on experiential learning, how to respond vs react, meeting my new part, Sarah, and how my goal and mission is to always serve as a bridge for the tough conversations that need to happen around DID and mental health.
I also dive deep into searching for acceptance of all PARTs, and lovingly stepping into your authenticity, loving yourself for who you are -- so buckle up, and let's brave the way together.
