Love is the core of all things including who you are being as a leader. This is typically where you establish your "WHY" and become deliberate about your purpose and the values that you will use to guide you in the way you lead and work. Many leaders don't consider love as a critical ingredient in their leadership toolkit, but it is the secret ingredient that can be the catalyst for your leadership greatness.
