BLB104: How to Manage Anxiety in the Boardroom

How do you take care of yourself when you're busy caring for others?

Anxiety is something I've had challenges with at different points in my adult life but it wasn't until I started therapy that I received a diagnosis and recognized that that was what I was troubled with.

Finally understanding that anxiety was what I was dealing with helped me to put mindfulness practices in place to manage the feelings of overwhelm, stress, and ultimately sickness and burnout.

But knowing that you have to take care of yourself before you can adequately take care of others is easier said than done.

Today I'm sharing a mindfulness activity I love to use that's all about managing anxiety, especially when you feel that your schedule is extremely busy.
