In this minisode, I set the stage for the next two episodes. When life gets challenging, many of us hide in our discomfort from the outside world, even hide from ourselves.  And, I have learned, and want to share with you all, that we can handle the discomfort.  That the discomfort is where we actually grow.  This short episode gives some context to episode 17 and 18 – which frankly, I’m nervous to share with you.  And in my relentless to be a transparent and unfiltered leader, I share it all.
