Today, 380 million Christians worldwide face persecution, with many experiencing violence, imprisonment, social rejection, verbal attacks, and systemic discrimination. The world persecutes Christians because the Gospel fundamentally opposes worldly values. Yet the reward for enduring persecution is the kingdom of heaven—not just a future hope but a present reality of revival, healing, and transformation. When we face persecution for righteousness, we gain the kingdom both now and forever.
