In this episode, we hear about a young man from Italy called Pier Giorgio Frassati who lead a life that inspired and helped those around him, through his kind actions, charity, and love for God; he loved hiking in the mountains and his well-known motto was 'verso l'alto' which means 'to the heights'. (Blessed Pier will be canonised a saint very soon and is a great role model for all young people!) We learn a new prayer; followed by an inspiring quote and a to-do activity.
