Slaves?  Lots of different emotions and impressions can arise in our minds given our nations past.  Yet, the word “slave” is found in various forms about 150 times in the Greek New Testament but is often translated “servant” or “bondservant” instead.  Why?  What does it all mean for followers of Christ today?  This is really good to meditate on!
