Have you ever noticed how some people seem to be ‘in the know’ and others are left in the dark?  Whether we’re talking about what’s happening at school, at our jobs, or in our family or friend group, it can be really hard to be left out of the latest news. Some of that feeling is what drives people to stay constantly connected on their phones, scared they may not know what is happening.
