How cool would it be to read a letter that said you were chosen, accepted, forgiven, and guaranteed a future, before anything was ever created-and that none of it depended on anything you had done or ever could do? That is precisely what Paul describes in the opening lines of his letter to the Ephesians. In Ephesians 1:1-14, we see that every blessing we have in Christ flows from one source, points to one goal, and carries one resounding refrain: to the praise of his glory.
