Every year since I got married, I have conducted an annual tradition. Before the Christmas meal meat goes into the oven, I bless it as part of a sacred ceremony.
This year, I wanted to reflect the mood of the nation, which is why I chose a Great British Gammon.
In the past, I’ve blessed pork joints, beef, chicken and even turkey! (Despite it being hugely overrated.)
Enjoy this year’s ceremony and always remember to Bless The Beef!
