This week: we take a different approach to game criticism, specifically focusing on the needs of those of us who enjoy recreational weed (limited, of course, to localities where such prohibitions have been lifted, such as our native Las Vegas) in regards to their Linux gaming. Therefore, we pit two insanely ultra-mindless, hyper-violent, graphical gore-fiestas against each other to see which one we like the best. "Ruiner" (2/3rds-camera, demi-isometric, 3rd person carnage ala "Crusader: No Remorse") Versus "Apocrpyh" (first person, magical-realism, demon-infested, gibbage-festival ala "Hexen," and "Painkiller"). Our metric being simply this: which is the most mindlessly fun when nearly totally incapacitated from teh effects of them "jazz Cigarettes" those damned beatnick hipster kids have been smoking these days (AKA: weed).
