In times of distress how do we put our faith in God? It’s so hard to lean solely on him especially when we don’t understand why we have to go through trials, or pain, or moments of complete devastation. It’s so easy to revert into trusting our own understanding, our own strength especially when we can see immediate results of our actions. However, it’s in these moments of blind trust in God that He chips away at our imperfections to form us more into Christ’s image. It’s in these moments that He says “be still and know I am God.”
