Can you make Pappy at home? Our first Bourbon Idiots Labs episode (where we try dumb stuff with bourbon) also features our first BLIND tasting. We made the Poor Man's Pappy blend for a face-off against actual Pappy Van Winkle 15 year bourbon. We also blended Prudent Pappy and threw that into the ring. To say the results blew our minds would be an understatement.
