Goal setting and going after your dreams can be daunting. It requires dedication, persistence, toughness, guile, and patience. It forces us to ask ourselves some tough questions; What do you aspire to be? Are you driven purely by career success or are there personal goals you are pushing for? Everyone’s goals may be different, but the energy of your pursuit is universal. You must be willing to take chances and to take risks. Prioritizing your dreams and going after them is critical to reaching your goals. You have to be willing to bet big on yourself and go for it. Do not wait anyone else to give you permission or approval to go after your dreams. Oftentimes, you must take a leap of faith and rely on yourself to figure it out. There is no step-by-step template for attaining your dreams.
