On today's episode we speak with BLSST LUV (aka Saidu Conteh) about the many ups and downs life throws at us, and how he has focused on what he calls "the one thing we all need to truly survive and navigate through it all" - the power of self love. After having a near death experience May 2017 and spending 45 days in the hospital. BLSST LUV had to dig deep to make it out. The only thing that truly saved his life, and propelled him to where he is today is the power self love. Self love truly makes the world go round.    An immigrant from Sierra Leon that came to the United States at the age of three, and the oldest of two, BLSST LUV always knew he was destined for a bigger stage, a built in purpose. Through music and the arts Saidu aka BLSST LUV found his purpose. To be able to connect with the public on a human level of self awareness and self love is the purpose found by BLSST LUV.
