This is episode 7 of the "Bloc 2 Bloc" podcast. The best podcast in the world for breaking down all things Web3. In this podcast we will help you understand the technology, what’s going on in the market, and how you can use it for your benefit.
In this episode we continue the conversation around our NFT projects. On October 14 & 15th, we are having the 1st ever Physical NFT Art Show in Washington, D.C. The artist is Patrick Henry, an independent artist originally from Jamaica, who resides in New Orleans, LA. He specializes in 3D wood canvass artwork. We are having an art show on his collection at HOMME DC, a black-owned art gallery. The artwork will each come with an NFT, allowing us to pair the physical and digital worlds. There is also a chance to win an artwork through a raffle.
We then speak about Apple's decision to allow apps within their App Store to sell NFTs. We speak about the implications from the increased accessibility and validation, to the challenges some of Apple's policies imposes upon businesses. The show ends off with a discussion on market activity for the past week and a recap for the month of September, and "free game" from the RE:LINK team.
