Africa is the wealthiest continent in terms of mineral resources and South Africa seats on top of the chain.   Others are Botswana, Democratic Republic of Congo, Angola, Nigeria, and the rest.   Middlemen, bribery, and corruption have brought these sectors to their knees.   Basically due to data and financial exclusion which allows secrecy and greed to thrive.    Blockchain and machine learning offers immutability, transparency, and efficiency.  Applying these technologies in these sectors will wipe out corruption and lift billions out of poverty.  Thanks to Sweden for leading the way in terms of uploading the land registry to the blockchain platform.  Others are Estonia and Georgia.   ...Yes, we can!
