-IBM, together with currency trading utility- CLS, are launching a blockchain app store for banks. Named LedgerConnect, the project already has major banks Citigroup and Barclays among its founding members.

-The U.S.’s first real estate-dedicated blockchain platform, Propy, has just finalized its first deal according to records detailing the purchase of 10 acres north of Los Angles in Kern County. The transaction, detailed on both the blockchain as well as government registries, was funded in Bitcoin.  

-Mobile phone leader, HTC, has confirmed that Litecoin co-founder, Charlie Lee, will serve as a principal consultant in the development of its native blockchain phone currently dubbed Project Exodus. Exodus is rumored to not only enable each phone to operate as a node, but will also serve as a cold storage crypto wallet for its user. 

-New York-based firm, Soluna, is developing a wind-powered blockchain computing infrastructure in Morocco. Soluna predicts wind power can serve as an eco-friendly option to crypto mining.
