The main question is, are you doing these things (or not doing these things) because its GENUINELY aligning with your values, growth, mindset, and where you want to go, OR, because it’s aligning with someone else’s (and that includes those closest to you as well). Once you GENUINELY answer that question within yourself, that’s when you can make sense of a lot of stuff, as well as make the necessary changes to know/do what’s best for you, your growth, and bettering your mindset/your way of doing things. Be willing to put things into question.
