#WoTsMegDrinking: A Gray in Arbitration

Inspiration: This cocktail represents the Gray Ajah. Gray in color with a mild, pleasant flavor. The recipe is a tweaked Aviation recipe. Instead of using Maraschino liqueur, this recipe uses Creme de Violette which gives it the gray color. Recipe: In a shaker with ice, pour: 2 oz gin (London Dry recommended) 0.75 oz of Elderflower Liqueur 0.50 oz Crem de Violette 0.75 oz lime juice 0.25 oz orgeat (almond simple syrup)
