I've found this concept before, but it seems anathema to me. Industry runs in my blood. But, really... if what we work for is not for the betterment of ourselves and society, then why ought we to do it? 

Not advocating laziness. I'm just saying, if your job is plainly evil, perhaps the best thing you can do is fail at it and leach off as much money as possible :P
