The Food and Drug Administration and Sierra Stain LLC are recalling Bloodline water based tattoo pigments in Carolina Blue, All Purpose Black, and UV China Pink as these are contaminated with high concentrations of microorganisms.  This can lead to skin infections with rashes and “pimples.”

These tattoo pigments were sold by amazon.com.

Tattoo artists should avoid using these inks.  If you received tattoos with these, contact your medical team for treatment.  For more information, email Sierra Stain at [email protected].
