(Bloomberg) -- Last week a meeting of G-7 finance ministers in Sendai, Japan were not able agree on much as they explored ways to jumpstart the sluggish world economy. This week heads of state meet in Ise-Shima to see if they can't do better. Discussing all of this is Bloomberg Intelligence Economist David Powell.
