On this edition - we return to the very serious safety problem of what have been called “toy boats, killer inflatables” during what has been described as “the summer of inflatable emergencies” by the emergency rescue services. Now, the national water safety authority calls for a ban on the use of these inflatables on Irish beaches.

And, Ireland’s last wooden sailing and trading schooner voyages to the smaller ports and harbours around the coast to raise awareness of Ireland's ancient seaways.
