In 2022 Luis Rosado, aka Blue Boy, sat down for his first-ever VladTV interview, and he started off speaking about growing up in Manhattan’s Lower East Side with his mother and four brothers, adding that his father was locked up. He then detailed having a difficult childhood, including growing up in a group home because he pushed a teacher down the stairs, and Blue Boy went on to speak about finding himself in more trouble after shooting someone. He then detailed being sentenced to 25 years to life, where Blue Boy got into more violent situations, and he also spoke about how he got a reputation for stabbing people. After serving 39 years, Blue Boy was released in December 2021, which led to him speaking about how society has changed since he was outside.
