This week Ruairi & Adam pick over a quiet week in the world of football, if such a thing exists, and find plenty to talk about!

Starting with the dtory of blue cards to be trialled in football, is this just Rugby-fication of football? Or is it needed? Then to The Nations League as England and Ireland are drawn together and Ruairi has a crisis of identity. Then reactions to Gary Neville's bombshell dropped midweek talking about doping in Italy, is this a thing of the past? Is this just a continental problem? Will we ever know the true extent of this problem in the game? Then to end of a bright note the boys discuss the most welcome tournament in history as the Over-35 World Cup in announced and we all feel 12 years old again!

Moving on then to the upcoming weekends, starting in Serie A as De Ketelaere is having a resurgence, Davide Nicola returns to Salerno and De Rossi faces his first big test. Meanwhile in The Premier League, Chris Wilder is having a normal one, Man United have a point to prove at Villa Park and Brighton look to build on an important win last weekend.
