Crystal has over 30 years in the travel and tourism industry, including leading roles in management for airlines, retail travel, and hotels. ⁠

In 2013, Crystal experienced her own personal journey with cancer which has inspired her to start her own home-based travel agency and set up a cancer support charity called Blue Dot Army.
