Officer Jonathan Allee of the Chesterfield County Police is the best of the badge. And on this Blue Friday, Jeff Katz bestows The Lt. Jan McTernan Blue Friday honor onto him for his great service to our community. About a month ago there was a horrible fire at The Morrissey Household where Jeff's best pal, Emily, from Emily's Bracelets, does her great work. Officer Allee was first on the scene, and he handled the situation with grace and class.  Congratulations, Officer Allee. And thank you for all that you do!
