On today’s episode, we are joined by Dr. Eckhard A. Groll. Dr. Groll is the Reilly Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Purdue University, where he also serves as the Head of Mechanical Engineering. He holds a doctorate in mechanical engineering from the University of Hannover, in Hannover, Germany. He has had numerous rewards over his career in the areas of teaching, research, and innovation. His research centers around thermodynamics, specifically, for high performance buildings, sustainability, and transportation.
