Following God’s plan begins with a simple but life-changing question: Am I following God’s plan or my own? As believers, our lives belong to Christ, and true success is measured by obedience to His will—not by personal achievements or visible results.
Consecration
Consecration is the foundation of following God’s plan. To run with endurance is to run according to God’s methods and timing (Hebrews 12:1). Following Him means surrendering our motives, methods, and desires to the One who gave His life for us.
Success is doing what God asks you to do, being where God wants you to be—even if it means remaining in the same place. God’s plan is centred on obedience, not results.
Following God’s Plan
God leads both supernaturally and through practical training. His primary way of leading believers is through the inward witness of the Holy Spirit.
Every believer has a general aspect and a specific aspect of God’s plan.
The General Aspect:
• Spiritual growth
• Evangelism
• Service in your local church
• Obedience to God and His Word
God often leads us from the general to the specific.
The Specific Aspect:
• A unique assignment for kingdom expansion
• Joining someone with a divine vision
• A platform to reach more people with the Gospel
• Specific opportunities to serve and partner with your local assembly
