Prior to his academic career, Dr Arthur Poropat had mostly worked in organizational development and workplace learning. His academic research has built upon this, exploring personality, individual learning, and work & organisational performance. His current research is focused on interpersonal approaches to both personality and performance, and methods for changing and improving these in organisational and educational practice.
