Helt siden oppstarten på karrieren hennes tidlig på 70tallet, har Bonnie Raitt bidratt på andres innspillinger. Både med sin stemme og sin gitar, og svært ofte begge deler, har Bonnie tilført innspillinger noe ekstra.
