Being a psychology student, and talking to people in my life that engage in self-harm behaviours, I wanted to have a discussion to explore this more, and some of the avenues out there for those seeking help. I'm joined with Cherie Marriott - a couples and family counsellor who has written on the topic and engages with clients on this issue. Cherie completed an undergraduate degree in communication, followed by a Masters in psychotherapy and counselling.
