Managers are paid to protect and manage, not to improve. The problem is that most of business structure was based on rules that are no longer effective - 1) the factory model 2) peace time strategies. If we want to find a way forward in the Crisis, we need Leaders to step up, Leaders to create change. That's not comfortable. Leadership isn't a popularity contest.
