What a season it has been for our month of January! We really want to thank all of you who have taken the time to listen black men vent about their experiences with abuse . We have gotten many viewpoints ranging from professional counselors , to former pro basketball players , and you guys have stuck it out with us . The last episode is surely going to not disappoint .

A young man who has faced the utmost adversity and has found his way to not let anything hold him back . He reveals to us in the episode that he is a survivor of HIV, and how going through the initial abuse after the news was something that was hard . However , Nicholas gives testament to God , his support system , and just the determination to not give up move him to bigger walks of life . Nick had served as a legislative intern for Congressman Jim Cooper, former Howard University student, and he is apart of the inaugural staff team of “My House” a CDC sponsored one stop shop in Nashville for African American gay males. While working at My House, Nicholas was inspired to envision the Mahogany Honors, Inc. which is a non profit in the middle TN area that l empowers, commemorates, and provided change within the African American male community in the Nashville area, especially those living with HIV/AIDS.
He has one hell of a testimony Nashville that you surely don’t want to miss .
