Hi everyone! Welcome toBoblin's Daily Life! Today is May 5th, 2025, Monday. We’re celebrating Lixia, the 7th solar term of the year! � Summer is here! The locust trees in Beijing are turning green, and cicadas are starting to sing. Today, Boblin will take you on an adventure to discover the magic of Lixia and teach you some cool traditions!

Part 1: 立夏是什么？What is Lixia?

立夏是夏天的第一个节气，就像春天的“立春”一样，它告诉人们：“嘿，夏天到啦！”� 古人说“万物至此皆长大”，意思是植物们喝饱了阳光和雨水，开始疯狂长高啦！比如，你们看窗外的麦田，小麦正在“灌浆”，准备变成香喷喷的面包呢。

Lixia is the first solar term of summer, just like “Lichun” for spring. It shouts: “Hey, summer is here!” � Ancient people said, “Everything grows big now!” Plants soak up sunshine and rain to grow super fast. Look outside—the wheat fields are turning golden, getting ready to become yummy bread!

Part 2: 立夏的趣味习俗 Fun Traditions!

立夏有超多好玩的活动！比如：
1️⃣ 斗蛋游戏：煮熟的鸡蛋画上表情包，和小伙伴们对撞，谁的蛋壳不碎就赢啦！�（悄悄说：Boblin的蛋去年被撞成了“蛋饼”）
2️⃣ 称人：站在大秤上量体重，大人会说：“秤花八十七，活到九十一！” 希望我们健康长大。
3️⃣ 吃立夏饭：用红豆、青豆、黄豆煮的五色饭，像彩虹一样漂亮！� 古人说吃了能“不疰夏”（夏天不生病哦）。

3️⃣ Five-Color Rice: Cook rice with red, green, and yellow beans—it’s like eating a rainbow! � Ancient people believed it keeps you strong in summer.

Part 3: 大自然的立夏信号 Nature’s Summer Code

古人用三句话形容立夏：
� 一候蝼蝈鸣：田里的青蛙开始开演唱会啦！
� 二候蚯蚓出：蚯蚓钻出泥土，帮植物松土，像小园丁一样！
� 三候王瓜生：藤蔓植物“王瓜”爬呀爬，马上要结出果子了。

Nature has its own Lixia code:
� 1st Sign: Frogs Sing: Frogs in the fields start their concerts!
