Emergency Board Band Benefit (EBB) will be changing it's name to the  Affordable Connectivity Program  and program requirements will also change to $30.00 per month to those already recieving the benefits, with the exception of those on qualifying Tribal land where it will remain at $75.00.The change is expected to happen on March 1, 2022.
