I had SO much fun speaking with Dr Kaveri Karhade around the subject of compulsive skin picking. 

Dr Karhade MD FAAD, is a board-certified Dermatologist who is based in San Francisco, and  has been featured in Allure and Women's Health.

In this conversation, we discuss topics such as compulsive skin picking, how to take care of skin post-picking, help with hyperpigmentation, dermatillomania knowledge within the medical field and much more.

I also learned a REALLY cool tip to help treat folliculitis, which is when bacteria and yeast create inflamed hair folicles, often mistaken for acne.
