This week the Dads cracked an icy Fuego, which is a New England Style IPA with a 6.2% ABV from Tonewood Brewing located in Camden County, NJ. A nice beer that could compliment a nice summer camp fire nicely, the Dads then begin their weekly catch-up. Seemingly another boring week for both of them, with Josh not getting any noody pictures and Rich having his own toilet issues. Yikes...
The show then transitions to it's reading segment from their handy-dandy Dad guide, ‘Be Prepared: A Practical Handbook for New Dads’. This week's reading started from page 95 to 96, with the section named "Protecting your back". The guide provides several exercises to do with the baby to help protect and extend the longevity of your back to continue to carry your normal dad-loads. You go, Dads. The show then transitions to the topic introduction and into the data dump.
Boardwalk Bullies: How do you handle bullying – kids bullying your kids and your kid(s) bullying others. Where are the boundaries for ‘over-parenting’ and doing everything you can to help mitigate and intervene? How should you train and guide your kid(s) to handle bullying as they age and confront new methods of bullying?
The show then shifts to "Shit-uations" with some hilarious readings by Josh from FML.com. He really found some dark and messed up FML's this week -- someone should check in on Josh and make sure he's okay lol. The show then wraps it up with a social media roll call.
