A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Bob's journey led him to Chicago, and his cooking experience includes L2O, which was Lettuce Entertain You’s two Michelin-starred seafood restaurant, where he eventually became chef de cuisine. Bob was recognized by Zagat's "30 Under 30" award.
