Welcome to Day 3 of our 21 Days of Prayer! I’m so glad you’re here, expecting God to move. Today, we anchor our faith in the story of Jesus calming the storm. As the disciples battled fierce winds and waves, Jesus spoke, “Peace, be still,” and everything became calm. Their fear turned to awe at His power.

Miraculous Calm

Maybe you feel like you’re in the middle of a storm—tossed by anxiety, uncertainty, or difficulties you can’t control.

Let this miracle remind you: no storm is bigger than Jesus. When He is in your boat, you are never alone.

He brings peace, even when chaos surrounds you.

Friend, I proclaim peace over your heart, mind, and circumstances.

God’s presence calms every storm!

Let’s pray,

Father, I come to you in the midst of life’s storms, trusting your power to bring peace.

Just as Jesus calmed the wind and waves, I ask you to speak peace into my heart and into every situation that feels out of control.

Quiet my fears, strengthen my faith, and help me trust that you are with me.

Pour out your Spirit over my family, my work, and every area where I need your calming presence.

Teach me to rest in your promises and see your hand at work, even in the storm.

I surrender my worries and choose to believe for your peace and victory.

May I dedicate this season to you. Amen.

Welcome to Day 2 of our 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting! I’m so glad you’re walking this journey of miracles with us. Today, we remember the story of the paralyzed man whose friends lowered him through the roof to reach Jesus.

Moved by their faith, Jesus forgave the man’s sins and told him to get up, take his mat, and walk—and he did! Not only was his body healed, but his soul was set free.

Maybe you’re feeling stuck, weighed down, or unable to move forward—physically, emotionally, or spiritually. Jesus sees your need and is moved by your faith and the faith of those who pray for you.

Jesus has the power to forgive, restore, and get you back on your feet.

No obstacle is too great for Him.

Friend, I proclaim that nothing can keep you from God’s redeeming power. Your breakthrough is closer than you think!

Let’s pray,

Heavenly Father, I come to you believing that nothing is impossible with you.

As Jesus healed the paralyzed man, we ask for your healing touch in every area where we feel stuck or unable to move forward. Forgive my sins, restore my body, mind, and spirit, and help me rise up in faith.

Pour out your Spirit over my home, relationships, and every place that needs your restoration.

Give me fresh courage and trust to believe for miracles.

Thank you for loving me and for moving every obstacle out of the way. We commit this season of prayer to you. Amen.

God is restoring you and moving you forward—right now, today! Yes, He is!

Welcome to the first day of our 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting!

I’m so glad you’re joining us on this journey of miracles. Today, we anchor our faith in the story of Jesus’ very first miracle at the wedding in Cana. He turned ordinary water into wine—transforming lack into abundance, and revealing His glory for the very first time.

Maybe you feel like you’re running on empty, like you’ve got nothing left to give. But just as Jesus transformed water into wine, He wants to bring newness and abundance into your life. Your past disappointments don’t define you. He can take what seems ordinary and turn it into something extraordinary.

Friend, I proclaim you are released from the past. God is doing a new thing in you!

Let’s pray:

Father, I come to You with expectancy and an open heart.

Just as Jesus turned water into wine, I ask You to transform every ordinary and empty place in my life into something miraculous.

Renew my hope, increase my faith, and let Your glory be revealed in and through me.

Pour out Your Spirit over my family, my work, and every dream within me.

Give me eyes to see your grace at work, even in small beginnings.

Help me surrender my disappointments and trust you for fresh possibilities.

Fill me with courage to step into the new, and give me the joy of seeing your hand in every detail.

I trust you to do a new thing today and every day.

I commit these days of prayer and fasting to you. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Awaken every heart, renew every spirit, and align us with your purpose.

Friendly reminder that next Sunday marks the start of our annual 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting—a time to seek God for consecration, renewal, fresh vision, and breakthrough. We truly need more of His help in our lives.

Today’s prayer focus comes from 3 John 2: “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.”

These words reflect the heart of the Apostle John—Jesus’ friend—the pastor of pastors, wishing his community total well-being in body, mind, spirit, and daily life, all flowing from a healthy soul.

Amy and I want to remind you: your health is a vital part of your mission.

Taking care of your body, mind, and spirit equips you to serve, shine, and lead with resilience and joy.

Let’s be good stewards of our temple of the Holy Spirit and reflect Christ in every area of life.

Let’s pray,

Heavenly Father,

Thank you for your heart for us, shown in 3 John 2, praying that we prosper and be in good health as our souls prosper.

Remind us that our bodies are your temple and our health is a mission.

Give us wisdom to prioritize rest, nutrition, and movement so we can steward your gifts well. Strengthen us to serve from a place of wholeness—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Guard us from burnout and neglect, and help us to lead with energy, compassion, and the fruit of your Spirit.

May our well-being reflect your goodness and empower us to shine for Christ in every workplace. Amen

Welcome to our July prayer focus for “Greater Health, God’s Way!”

One of the greatest gifts we have is the ability to make choices for health and healing, starting with what we put in our bodies and the environment around us.

3 John 2 says:

“Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, as it goes well with your soul.”

Let’s pray,

Heavenly Father, thank you for your healing stream that flows through every part of our lives.

Give us wisdom and a fresh desire to care for our bodies and purify what we take in.

Create in us a longing to drink more water, and may it work in a supernatural way, refreshing and cleansing every organ in our body.

Help us avoid harmful chemicals, choose clean, wholesome foods, and choose safe everyday products.

May the Lord bless us with healthier cookware, discarding any nonstick and aluminum pans, using cast iron, stainless steel, ceramic, or glass pans.

Guide us to simple changes—filtering our water, avoiding plastic bottles, and filling our homes with fresh air.

Make our hearts resilient, our bodies strong, and our minds clear.

We trust you to renew our youth, restore our energy, and fill us with hope for the days ahead. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Action Step:

Drink at least 8 cups of clean, filtered water today out of glass cups or stainless steel water containers.

Welcome to another Monday’s prayer focus in July for “Greater Health, God’s Way!”

Our prayer for you is rooted in the beautiful blessing of 3 John 2:

“Beloved friend, I pray that you are prospering in every way and that you continually enjoy good health, just as your soul is prospering.”

Amy and I are joining our hearts, lifting you up for God’s goodness, health, peace, and prosperity to overflow in every part of your life this week.

Psalm 103:5 promises that God “satisfies your years with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.”

May you find fresh strength in mind, body, and spirit. Walk, stretch, breathe, and rejoice—God delights in your well-being!

Heavenly Father, thank you for the gift of our body. Your Word says you renew our youth like the eagle’s, and we ask you to fill us with a greater desire to steward our health for practical longevity and healing, productive years ahead for us.

Give us fresh motivation and strength to exercise, even when we don’t feel like it. Help us discover simple joys in different types of exercises, as well as the basics found in walking, stretching, and deep breathing.

Let every bit of movement bring health, energy, and longevity to our lives.

May our heart, mind, and body thrive as we honor you with daily movement. Use our renewed strength for your glory. Amen.

Action Step:

Take at least one 10-minute walk today, especially helpful after any lunch or dinner meals.

Welcome to a friendly reminder of “Greater Health, God’s Way!” Today is a mental health day. Our focus is on experiencing release from past shame, condemnation, anxiety, and fear.

Psalm 103 reminds us that our God forgives us, and He wants us to forgive ourselves. The Hebrew verb for “forgive” means to lift, carry away, and erase—a fresh new start.

Are you carrying guilt or regret? Don’t let yesterday’s failures weigh you down or today’s fears cause anxiety.

God is quick to forgive and always ready to set you free. When you receive His forgiveness, you’re released to be a peacemaker, encourager, and a positive force in your family and workplace.

No more condemnation—just fresh starts and freedom in Christ. No more fear.

Heavenly Father,

Thank you for forgiving every sin, every failure, every regret—nothing is too heavy for you to lift.

No fear or concern can overwhelm us in your presence. Wash us clean today. We welcome a fresh new start.

Help us walk in the freedom of your grace to enter into a new level of acceptance of ourselves and inner calm. Release us from shame and let your forgiveness overflow in us and through us.

Restore tranquility, hope, joy, energy, and confidence deep within us.

Let us enter a new level of rest instead of frustration or unrest.

Bring your comfort into our hearts, souls, and minds. Guide us with your assurance in every conversation and project.

Empower us by your Spirit to forgive ourselves and others, and to encourage ourselves and those around us with kind, uplifting words. We receive your grace and new mercies today. Amen.

Action Step

Forgive yourself for one thing you’ve been holding against yourself. Then, extend that same grace to someone at work or in your life who needs an uplifting open hand of blessing.

May every meal at our tables be a celebration of your goodness and a reminder of your faithfulness to provide.

Bless those who gather with us, and let our fellowship be marked by gratitude, laughter, and peace.

Restore our energy and renew our youth as we honor you with our choices. Help us say no to what harms and yes to what heals, so we may live long, productive lives, serving well, and reflecting your glory in body, mind, and spirit.

Today’s health challenge: Skip processed and fast foods. Choose more wholesome options than usual. Look for foods with fewer than five ingredients—and if your great-grandmother wouldn’t recognize something on the label, leave it out.

Friend, you’ve got this! Greater Health, God’s Way is possible for you.
