Our guest for this episode is Bob Tiede.  He has worked with Cru for over 49 years and currently serves on the U.S. Leadership Development Team for the organization.

Bob confesses that he was a benevolent dictator for most of his career.  As a result, he was diminishing his people's potential and growth.  It was not until he found the power of asking questions that his perspective and leadership style changed.  He is passionate about sharing these insights with other leaders so that they can experience a better way to lead and for their teams to go to work everyday knowing that they are working at a place where their input is highly valued.
