Season 2 Episode 15 (34) I sat down with Andrea Rumler, Mental Health Telecounselor out of the Counseling Center of West Michigan. Andrea has a brilliant energy about her that makes her passion jump off of the screen for a person in her profession. Completely knowledgeable on all the topics that we discussed whether it be anxiety, depression, trauma cases, or even how to fight back from any mental health challenge by conquering day one steps. She introduces the "Polyvagal Ladder" and how to use that as a barometer or a way to measure your progress if you one finds themself in that circumstance.
