Rob shares with us his time spent serving in the Royal Marines, being medically discharged and going on to set up The Commando temple.

He talks about overcoming adversity, his love of people, helping them achieve their dreams and goals, overcome injury and pain - and in some cases support them in training to complete 'sadistic challenges'!
