Not for experienced meditators
Though this book may be helpful as an introduction to the practice of meditation for some, anyone with any experience in meditation may find it trite and even distracting. The music "accompaniment is terrible canned, synthesized music. But music included with guided meditation begins to be something entirely different than meditation; more just a guided relaxation tape or cheap hypnosis. Then there is the fact that Audible.com gladly accepts 1 entire credit for this book when 1 credit is worth 3 times the book's actual cost. A RIP-OFF. No wonder Audible doesn't provide a sample to listen to before you buy. It's not worth a credit

Excellent audio CD, Engaging, peaceful and calm
A wonderful way to encourage healing and calm in the body and mind. Sandy's voice is relaxing as guides between each focus point to release and rest being gently alert awareness wide open, creating a feeling of space and awareness in stillness. I have no doubt this is supporting healing and highly recommend for anyone who wishes to explore the possibilities of meditation.
