I'm struggling this week. Things are hard and I needed to reach into my tool kit and find new strategies that helped me clam down. My mind is too busy... meditation is a struggle right now. 
Using the body, we can hack our nervous system and encourage the parasympathetic nervous system to turn on (the rest and digest state)
