Hey guys! I didnt get a chance so publish an episode earlier in the week so here is one NOW! This episode is on body image and how this could affect the way we view our self worth. I share my personal story on my body image and how I have come to the point where I am at right now. I am still a work in progress, however what I have been doing has really been helping me a lot on a daily basis so I wanted to come on here and share with any of you that may struggle with body image and low self worth as a result of it.
