Body image is how a person perceives themselves aesthetically or in terms of sexual attractiveness. It's a concept that is alive and well, in fact thriving, online, particularly among so-called online influencers. A long list of rationales has now been developed in an attempt to elevate or add legitimacy to what for many is simply a new way to market themselves using their bodies, especially of course women. Older women who fought the battles of the Women's Liberation or MeToo Movements are not all pleased by current trends. All this might be predictable among those whose values do not count moral concerns high on the list. But Christians should be different and provide another voice.
