This week I'm unpacking some experiences and emotions on the topic of fitness and how our exercise routine can be healthy and a source of motivation in our lives.... but how it can also be a source of covering up pain and self-doubt. This is something that I've been processing a lot the last 6 months in terms of how my (what became an) unhealthy obsession with over exercise and physique goals got a bit out of hand without me knowing it at the time. I'm sharing some personal stories about what was going on during this time and how I've brought myself to healthier balance and molded a loving relationship with my body.

Reminder to always be kind to yourself and carve out space to step back and reflect once in a while. It's so important in order to maintain equilibrium with mind, body and spirit.
