She has since grown a following on her social media account (@gymin_with_jac) where she shares workouts and recipes, but also keeps it real with posts about things like body image, mental health, and self love. The girls dive into a discussion about how to navigate your changing body post-sport, the pros and cons of social media, and how to deal with poor body image days, among other things.
